Enzo Di Costanza
I have been a sports fan since childhood; football, tennis and athletics are my favourite activities. I
graduated with honours from the ISEF in Naples, taking the advice of a professor who taught me
the importance of a transversal culture to become a good professional.
In 1993 I moved to Como and qualified as a Physical Trainer for tennis players in Rome. Since
then, I have continued to train in different fields. I have a degree in Exercise Science, certified as a
kinesiologist and Delos Expert Advanced, and am passionate about isoinertial equipment and
robotics applied to exercise.
My cross-cultural background and experience allow me to work with athletes from various sports,
such as athletics, tennis (ATP and WTA rankings), golf (Challenge and Alps Tour) and football
referees (Pro League, Can A and B);
to rehabilitate athletes who have suffered injuries in various areas, such as:
• Ankle and knee;
• Shoulder;
• Spinal column;
• Muscle injuries
and to support non-athletes who wish to improve health and performance through targeted exercise.
