Enzo Di Costanza

I have always had a deep passion for sports, with a particular interest in soccer, tennis, and track and field. I earned my I.S.E.F. diploma with honors from the Higher Institute of Physical Education in Naples, under the guidance of a professor who instilled in me the importance of a solid, multidisciplinary educational background for a successful professional career. In 1993, I moved to Como and subsequently specialized as a tennis-specific physical trainer in Rome. Since then, I have continuously expanded my expertise through ongoing training in various fields, earning a degree in Sports Science and certifications as a Kinesiologist and Delos Expert Advanced, while developing a particular interest in isoinertial equipment and robotics applied to physical exercise. My multidisciplinary background and professional experience enable me to work effectively both in the field of adapted physical activity—supporting individuals who wish to improve their health and performance through personalized training programs—and with athletes across various disciplines, including track and field, tennis (ATP and WTA ranked players), golf (Challenge and Alps Tour), and soccer referees (Lega Pro, Serie A, and Serie B). Furthermore, I specialize in the athletic rehabilitation of athletes recovering from injuries to various parts of the body, including the ankle, knee, shoulder, and spine, as well as muscle injuries.
